Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations to your order should be communicated within 24 hours after placing it. Beyond this window, we might not be able to alter your order since it moves to processing quickly. Should you cancel within the 24-hour period, expect your refund to be processed in 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We ensure our products are well-packaged to avoid damage in transit. However, should your item arrive damaged, report this within 72 hours of receipt by emailing hello@cleanaut.com with clear photos of the damage. We'll assess and offer a replacement free of charge if applicable. Items damaged through normal use or misuse are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Shipping and Delivery

Our goal is timely delivery, but we can't control all shipping and delivery aspects, including delays by couriers or customs. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We're not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Incorrect addresses not corrected within 24 hours may result in undelivered products without eligibility for a resend or refund.
